//english below
Zudem hat man alles was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, etc.
ENGLISH:
I have been to Shawns appartment for the second time now and would go there again at any time. Shawn and Johaniek are not only very helpful, but just very cool people in general.
The appartment offers enough space and is in good shape. It has anything you'd need: Freezer, Microwave, Washing machine etc. In the summer the air condition is really nice ;)
It's really cool, that bikes are included in the price. When we had a problem with one of the bikes it was taken care of really fast and easy - thanks to the appartment manager!.
It's nice to stay in a normal japanese environment and be able to say hello to your neighbours - no comparison to an anonymous hotel in a big city.
On both of my stays I was living with people I didn't know before and it was great. You don't only get to know fellow Bujinkan practicioners, but most of the time also new friends.
Thanks for the nice stay, guys..!

The 4 of us had a great 3 weeks stay in the Shimizu-koen apartment this July. We had everything you may ask for while staying in Japan. The apartment is well equiped and pretty close to the Honbu, to shops, the trainstation and still in a quiet area. The apartment manager is very nice and Johanniek and Shawn are very practised in organising everything just by email. It is a real pity, that I haven't stayed ther before during my last trips.
Many thanks to all of you! I hope to be able to stay there again during my next trip.

I stayed for the first time at the Shimizu Koen (Noda) Apartment with two of my students. All of us found the accommodation just as described, if not better. The location was great. There was easy access to services such as supermarkets, post office, train station etc. The apartment managers were very helpful and easily contacted.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone that has stayed at Kashiwa or Tokyo in the past to stay at the above apartment. You'll be more relaxed and will experience the real Japan away from the hustle and bustle.

My time in the apartment was awesome and I can recommend it for everybody who wants to come to japan with the sole purpose of training.
Thank you again Shawn!

I was really happy to be staying in the Noda appartment again (2nd time). It's a very good place to stay, it has everything you need for a Japan trip and more. Also I had the luck to have 3 very nice guys staying there with me, who have become good friends during the stay. Would recommend it to everyone!

Now that is a fine, fine place to stay in!!
It has it all; plenty of space (two bedrooms), kitchen w/fridge, microwave, stove, water boiler... living room w/tv+dvd, internet connection with wifi, bathroom w/western toilet, washing machine, shower...
And only 10 minutes walk from the Honbu!
Not the mention the very affordable price. You need a place to stay while training hard in Noda? This is my recommendation!
A big thanks to the Slumlord

Just got back from Japan and wanted to say how wonderful the Noda apartment was! Short walk to Hombu, plenty of room for our group and most important (to me) amazing Wi-fi! Can't wait to plan our return trip. :) Thanks, Shawn.

I had a great time training in Noda last September and really it was partly because I also had a great place to stay. A place where I could relax and rest between each session in the Dojo. It was calm, clean and perfect to meditate. Thanks.
