Deposit:

A deposit of 10,000 yen per person must be paid in advance (normally by PayPal) to finalize the reservation. This deposit is normally refunded when guests check out; however, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover any damages or unexpected expenses incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are expected to clean the apartment before they check out so that it is left in the same condition as when they checked in. This must be done in order to for the deposit to be fully refunded. Please note that it is not possible to guarantee a reservation unless the deposit is paid in advance.


Per Person Rates:

Daily:4,500 yen
Weekly:25,000 yen
Monthly:65,000 yen

Availability:
* Abiko and Noda Apartments
Please note that reservations for up to 2 people per room can be taken without prior notification to guests who have already reserved a room or are currently staying. Sole occupancy of a room cannot be guaranteed if there are more than 2 people staying in the apartment at one time. Most people consider this to be a plus, as it provides the opportunity to forge relationships with Buyu from around the world, and makes it more fun to trade training tales around the kitchen table in the evenings.

* Unga Apartment
There is room for 1 guest to stay in the Unga apartment, which is shared with a local resident (separate rooms).

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
100% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before checkin.
50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 - 15 days before checkin.
25% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before checkin.
None of the deposit or rental fees will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled after checkin.



Reservations

Reservation is a 3-step process:
1) Complete and submit the reservation form below.
2) You will be contacted to confirm availability and to make arrangements for payment of the deposit.
3) When the deposit has been paid, you will be sent information with directions to the apartment from Narita Airport, the address of the apartment, etc.
